Two millennial mums from the Southern Highlands who started a podcast because they had too many opinions and nowhere to put them. That's essentially the whole origin story.
Han is the one most likely to have researched something obsessively at 11pm and arrived at recording with seventeen tabs open and a strong opinion she's not fully backing down from.
Millennial mum, Southern Highlands local, and professional overthinker. Her Hyperfix segments go from funny to accidentally educational and back to chaos in approximately ten minutes, and she's genuinely comfortable with that.
Han runs the content engine behind GHBTM - the social strategy, the show notes, the content calendar - and somehow does all of it while also having a life, which we're not entirely sure how she manages.
Favourite segment: Chaos Correctional, because she loves being right and also loves admitting she was wrong, which is a very specific personality type.
Philsy is the one who shows up to recording having done absolutely no preparation, immediately says something that completely derails the plan, and somehow makes every segment better.
Millennial mum, chaos agent, owner of Coco (an unhinged working dog who has apparently taken a bus unsupervised). Philsy's Hyperfix segments are unpredictable in the best possible way - you never know if you're getting a deep dive, a personal confession, or a dog update.
She is also the reason Chaos Correctional exists as a segment, which she's unbothered about.
Favourite segment: SideQuest, because she is extremely competitive about games she didn't know existed two minutes ago.

Grab Her By The Mic started as a conversation and became something more unhinged and more useful than either of us expected. New episodes every Tuesday at 6am AEST, and we have never once stayed on topic for the agreed amount of time.
